Troika was established in 1993. Founding partners Graham Rothschild and Neill Moross had gained extensive experience as a copywriter/art director team in large/international agencies where they worked on a broad spectrum of market-leading South African and global brands.
Responding to the changing needs of its clients, the company made the transition from being an ‘above-the-line’ advertising agency to an integrated brand communications company early in its development.
We have purposefully maintained our independent, owner-operated status, preferring to be answerable only to our clients. Our flat structure enables us to cut out the fat and be quick off the mark from concept to delivery.
We’re proud to say that some of our clients have been with us for almost as long as we’ve been in business. We think this fact speaks for itself.
Troika has been independently rated as a Level Five Contributor to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment and a Value Added Supplier. A current certificate is available on request. Clients can claim 100% of spend for the purposes of their own procurement scorecards. We regularly sponsor employee tuition fees at a tertiary institution, and are actively involved in two Corporate Social Investment initiatives.
